Vimomo values your privacy protection. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information, applicable to all services on the Vimomo platform. If you do not agree to this Policy, please stop using the services. Using the services indicates your consent to this Policy.

2. Age Restrictions

Same as the User Agreement age requirements. Children under 13 are prohibited from using; if discovered, related data will be deleted. Vimomo will not intentionally collect data from minors under 18, unless with guardian consent.

  • Account information (username, nickname, email, phone number, age, avatar, name)
  • Payment information (processed by third parties; we do not store full card details)
  • Feedback and support communications
  • Survey and activity participation information

Data is primarily stored on local Indonesian servers or secure cloud services. For cross-border transfers, we adopt encryption and adequate protection measures to ensure recipients meet Indonesian PDP Law requirements (such as equivalent protection levels).

We adopt industry-standard technical measures (encryption, access controls, regular audits) to protect data. However, internet transmission is not 100% secure; we do not guarantee absolute security and are not liable for leaks caused by external attacks (e.g., hackers).

We may update this Policy; major changes will be notified via announcements/emails/app pushes.

When linking to third-party websites/services, please read their privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party processing.

12. Children's Data

We strictly comply with age restrictions and do not actively collect children's data. If discovered, it will be deleted as soon as possible.
